Problem Solved Regarding Moneybookers withdrawl in DBBL

Today, moneybookers solved the issue with Dutch Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) problems. Last week, Moneybookers returns the withdrawl request made to DBBL accounts due to problem with DBBL's partner bank in UK. But, today they arrange an alternative method to process money to DBBL accounts. They will first convert your money from USD to Euro. Thrn that will procssed through another partner bank. They will charge an extra 1.99% as Forign Currency Conversion tax in addition to withdarwl charge. This effort partially solves they problem, but still the higher charge remains as a major problem.
