Problem Solved Regarding Moneybookers withdrawl in DBBL
Today, moneybookers solved the issue with Dutch Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) problems. Last week, Moneybookers returns the withdrawl request made to DBBL accounts due to problem with DBBL's partner bank in UK. But, today they arrange an alternative method to process money to DBBL accounts. They will first convert your money from USD to Euro. Thrn that will procssed through another partner bank. They will charge an extra 1.99% as Forign Currency Conversion tax in addition to withdarwl charge. This effort partially solves they problem, but still the higher charge remains as a major problem. Previous post regarding this issue could be found here.

Moneybookers Problem with Dutch Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL): They are Unable to Process Withdrawls
A few days ago, I made a withdraw request on moneybookers to my DBBL account. After 3 days, they cancelled the withdraw and return my money. When contacted, Moneybookers support told that DBBL uses Standard Chartared Bank as a correspondent bank to receive the money from UK. But, Standard Chartared Bank recently adds restriction on moneybookers and decided not to process any money received from moneybookers e-wallet. Not only DBBL but any other banks worldwide use Standard Chartared Bank as correspondent Bank in UK is facing the same problem.
While searching for alternative bangladeshi banks who do not use SCB, I found that National Bank Bangladesh Limited does not use SCB.
